This is how you can change your sponsor in Qatar through online.

In order to change your job via online, login to the official website of Ministry of Administrative Development, Labour and Social Affairs. As per new law you change change your job once your contract period ends.

There are certain Conditions and Regulations of changing the employer.
According to the website, There should not be any restriction against the new employer that would stop the change. The rules and regulations also  mentioned on website DADLSA website.

In order to change your job in Qatar through online, you need to click on this LINK and you will be redirected to the official website. Enter your Qatar ID and mobile number to submit an application.

It is advised to submit your request to the MADLSA before 30 days the contract comes to expire. If you are holding open-ended contracts, workers should stay not less than five years in service the notice period would be 30 days.

Expatriate can change their job if the new employer has an approval for a position for the same nationality, gender and profession.
